I guess it takes someone to go away for a bit and see the stark change. Otherwise it probably seems too organic a change.

The boring answer is, "working", but really it's not like I stopped drawing completely. It's just... a bit less often and a lot less focused, so I ended up not uploading for ages. There's something of a backlog of things though which I'm slowly moving through.

Aaargh I know! I've just had not had as much time since I started working; and then I keep starting little projects but then losing faith in them and then not finishing them up.

Thanks for missing me though! I will try and post some stuff soon, even if it's just sketches and WIPs!

Maaan I can't believe his wedding was a month and a half ago. I've more or less just been filling out tax returns since then. Yaaaaaay. The good news is I learn a lot about how rich people make money. The bad news is that it seems to be 'already have a lot of money'. Hmph.

Looks good so far! I toyed with the idea, but I think the start of the tournament is about a month before I start working full-time, so I figured it was out. Might have a go at the promo-picture with the artist surrounded by all their OCs though, that looks fun.

Haha yes I hope so too. It took six months of applications and interviews to land it so it'd better be worth it!

And yes, your Helios round was really impressive. It just kept coming! I was quite surprised when you didn't win. Still got BFOI though, I guess?

thanks, really Lupam went all out in hers too,(we really pushed each other!) so.. I don't actually feel too horrible about losing there ^^
and yes still got BFOI for the pokemon battles

and it's funny, drawing myself as a non-pokemon trainer person, has made me realize how much easier hands are to draw when they have fingerless gloves on them XD I miss them so! but I never wear that sort of thing in RL
