i. By that she means not screw up and wish for something that differs from the actual thing.
Eileen has a habit of stumbling over her words, and with there being a limitation there's no room for mistakes.
Once those wishes are made, she can't get them back.

i. Forcing people to fall in love, resurrect the dead, and murder.
Those were the only rules when it came to Genie's magic and so far only a handful of people were stupid enough to break them, including a certain someone before she came into the picture. But in order for these wishes to work she needed his help, motioning for his hands or at least one of them so he'd aid the human in keeping her thoughts together.

He may be a all supernatural entity, but Eileen understands he has feelings and opinions like
any other person and refuses to stamp a label on him. Even if the guy remains in his lamp another thousand years, her thoughts on him will never change.

even though she's not going to use her wishes yet, she still tries to keep him hidden from the public.
this however is something she can let slid because genie's strong enough to hurt anyone who threatens his master.
