Hey I've been lurking the Pageview Merchants group page since they've banned me and I noticed your comment there. They didn't +fav your work because they liked it. One of the script kiddies in the group ran a bot on dA that mass faved a bunch of things just to get you to click on their link so you'd look them up and use their service, which is basically you purchasing dA points, giving it to them, and they run yet another script, this time on your personal page, that inflates your pageview count by a number depending on however many points you gave them.
On the surface, this looks like a legitimate and well-meaning practice, but the major drawback of this is that it doesn't matter if you have one pageview or one million; if your art isn't interesting to someone, having a higher pageview count isn't going to change that.
There are no upper limits to improving on your art and achieving greatness, but there are no shortcuts on that road either. From what I'm seeing in your gallery, you've got great potential, so I'll be keeping an eye on you
Work hard, and don't stoop to cheating. You and I are among the underdogs, so let's get to the top together!
