HAHAHAHAH I also find myself driving around for hours looking at what to take pictures of and where to get the best Pano... It does get tedious, you know, Franklin, I think we need to start focusing on some foreground detail, and the pano in the back as a backdrop, that MIGHT make things interesting, you know, Like a Tree or a clump of sausage dogs... JESUS! Wouldn't that be weird... I mean, do sausage dogs even come in clumps... or herds?
Imagine, a hundred years ago... herds and flocks and swarms of Maltese poodles, clashing with the sausage dogs in their thousands....
The heat has melted my head. And the Indian chap slipped down my back

I got it right today as well.... 51 Images, portrait with HEAVY Overlap.... Nightmare, but no dull spots... It was much longer, but curved too much so needed a heavy crop. [link]

I would say at about 30 degree increments at the LEAST... so, a third through each pic or thereabout. And did the manual focus. (add me to your watch list so we can keep comparing)

HDR imagery has always intrigued me, and it's something I've dabbled with on inferior cameras. I hope to remedy that soon with a new purchase. In the meantime I'll just you and enjoy.
Best,
Brian
