Well 2nd year on Deviant art now, feel I've made leaps and bounds in my drawings (painting not so much). Any feedback would still be greatly appreciated, still have no idea what i'm doing really :) (Smile)

You're welcome, the dark contrast on your graphite drawings is really impressive. I've switched to charcoal recently because I couldn't get the darker shades to look natural.

Its all about layering slowly, but sometimes I dont have the patience. Tried charcoal and for me is too messy

Yeah layering is definitely the key in both mediums. I agree it is a horribly messy business lol.
