And of course on top of that you use it to represent beautiful things (like Twisted Spirals 0.1). Thats 2 very different talents joined

blame me for not being mathematically inclined as much as you: how does the curve exactly differ from a normal sine curve? I see small differences, but how are they useful?

well, it's a circular wave. it "hits the zero" with 90°.
I have no idea how interesting it might be for you: I acutally made it for making it audible^^ (wanted to know, how waves sound, which look like circles/elipses)
you'd just have to try how the function gives different results
