lol yes i go on here wayyy more often. it actually went very well. i'm going to scan all the pictures and upload them. i also got my camera!!! it's incredible. im actually working on some HDR photos (search this site for some, they are amazing). so i'll upload some of those as well. how was your winter break?

i have applied to my schools, juts have to wait till april now fingers crossed! and i submitted my portfolio as well so lets see how that goes. ah what kind of camera did you get? but it was absolutely freezing up there over break. actually it was cold as hell yesterday here, but now its almost 60 degrees, this weather is driving me crazy! actually the only things i got were the camera and my sister got me a guitar stand that holds fiver guitars (finally!!) because its crazy having them all over the room. what did you get for xmas? did you get those lovely pens you wanted?

good luck, i hope you get into your school of choice (did you apply to that school in chicago?)
my portfolio(s) are still in the works - theyre not due til mar 5th and 7th when i have to personally hand them in :S
my parents bought me a fuji its actually a really nice camera lol
oh yeah lol we almost got snowed in once and everything was pure ice :S
lol we voted it was too cold to venture out to downtown so it was a pretty quiet trip but i enjoyed it
ah that sucks but at least you guys get kinda a break in between the cold
i wish it would warm up a bit over here :S we keep getting snow on top of snow but none of its melted so im up to like my knees everytime i go out - i cant wait for spring!
lol nice! i didnt know they mde guitar stands that held more then one guitar but that sounds sweet
lol other then the camera nothing too exciting i think lol. just the usual clothes and money - but i wont argue with either lol, especially living on my own - as for the pens, no unfortunately not yet but im working on it lol

i actually did not apply to teh school in chicago, the more i thought about it the more i wanted to stay home. for my phd, chicago is definitely at the top of my list. ah nice a fuji? very good cameras. as crazy as it sounds, i love it when there's tons of snow. since my school is a community college and there are so many different people from different areas, i have a better chance of not having school than my sister does. yea the guitar stand is sick!! i just hope nothing falls on them so i keep the acoustic in the case. ill take a picture and send it. looks VERY professional. get those pens!!!
spring break i might be going up to cape cod. but our's is over march so we wont go swimming obviously haha. but we might save cape cod for my birthday, my girlfriend's grandma owns a cabin up there so we're allowed to use it if we wish. if not cape cod, im not sure what we'll do, maybe take another trip down to the city. how about you?

i especially like the guitar, the effect and the reflection is really cool

this is only my second concert (sad i know lol) but i plan to improve on that number at every given opportunity lol

very true. no vacation is never ever complete without pictures.
to get those hdrs you just take different exposures of the same scene (in those cases i used about 8) and you can use photoshop or other programs to merge them. after thats done, you do something called tonemapping which brings out the artsy looking effect.
2nd concert?????? ah you gotta start going to some. i wanna see U2 sooo badly one day. but i bet their tickets are incredible amounts of money.

sadly i broke my laptop again so i wont have my photoshop for a while lol
yeah i know lol, im way behind. but im working on it. i might be going to warp tour this summer and ive got an invite to go see mayhem fest as well lol so if i can get the cash i definately plan to up the numbers lol
living so close to toronto makes it really convenient cause thats where all the big concerts are held around here
