about you not sleeping for a week: 3 days should have been your goal, it is more reasonalbe. ive researched this, and at 3 days awake you hallucinate. to stay awake you must be active, as in going for walks at night time, dont be in dark rooms, quiet places etc. i am trying the 3 days awake this summer myself.
