heyy, i have really bad memory, can't really remember anything past tuesday lol

so you wanna be a pro!! Must say its not easy, I'm not a pro but been building my way towards it for the last 2years. A lot of people earn big money just by being a photographer and can easily live off it, so yeh of course its a great business to get into.
However, from experience its not easy. I found it difficult to explain what a professional photographer is, I know a lot of them and to be honest i personally feel that a lot of them don't deserve that title.
If you define professional photographer as someone who gets paid to photograph what ever, be it a wedding or a building then i guess i could call myself a pro. But if you was to say professional photography depends on your ability then I'm still a few steps behind.

I think the only advice i can really give you is build up your contacts and i can't stress that enough. Advertising yourself as a photographer isn't always enough, I'm lucky i have a really amazing bunch of friends back at home who spread my name that get me some great jobs, and a wonderful bunch of clients in london who also tell their friends about my work. If you can get your clients to love your work and above all love you as a photographer then you will be in a great position to be offered more and more job opportunities.

this is a bit of a long winded reply but i think i've told you everything that i know and do. All i can say is don't give up, if you want to be a professional working photographer then go for it. Make sure you really push yourself, I've been slacking lately due to Uni and all that but when i do get job opportunities i treat them like like life depends on it...thats because it does in a way.

Also, one last bit of advice, and this is properly the only reason why I'm still doing what i do..."Don't let bad criticism drag you down and make you lose motivation, instead let it push you to better yourself and the more you push yourself the more you'll believe in your abilities as a photographer." words of my dad

Don't forget to build up your contact list, the more contacts you have the more likely you'll get those jobs you want to build up a great professional portfolio!!

i brought the actually shoes from Office shoes, and then i did the drawings myself.
I'm thinking of doing some more and selling them.
