oh yes, I'm a huge fan!
well I guess cause lunchboxes were a good "weapon" to defend yourself in case you were bullied by others in school. I mean they all had those lunchboxes back then, and there were many with motives from bands on them like KISS or something and that's probably another reason he has a thing for lunchboxes.
that's just what I believe^^ an interesting question though (:

It's crazy, y'know...when I first heard the story behind Manson's song "Lunchbox", I was like, "Wow, this is pretty much exactly like what happened to my dad!!" (When my dad was a kid, the one kid would always trip him up on the bus, so his older sister finally clocked this bully on the head with her metal lunchbox, and he had a scar for years afterwards, if not still today. Apparently, this guy and my dad's sister also met again as adults but he didn't really recognize her, and she was like, "I'm the one who gave you that scar over your eye"! ) If I ever get a chance to meet Marilyn Manson, I'd love to tell him that story about my dad and his sister - am I the only one who thinks he'd get a kick out of it?

i needed to do it to handle it somehow. Even though i `m never really satisfied with my works, it was a good feeling to draw him. Like a connection. He`s probably call me an amateur. ^^ His friend loves it, he toke the original photo and still remembered that evening. That means so much to me.
