Take The World out of Kite and you've got yourself a normal 15 year old boy. Raised in a quiet section of Toshima, Tokyo, Kaito grew up on English customs rather than Japanese ones, reasoning on why he prefers to be called Kite, since it is the English version of his name. Kaito lives only with his mother, due to the fact his father is rarely home. Because he does not recall ever having any interaction with his father, and his memories are mostly of his mother and him, Kaito is very attached to her, even up to this day, which earns him the title of a ' momma's boy'. In school, he doesn't take it lightly, as he is a straight A student, and participates in his middle school football team ( which is, for you Americans, soccer ). Kaito roughly stands at 5 foot 4, which he is not found of. Kaito has a darker shade of blue hair than his player in The World has, and his eyes are the very same colour, a blue green. He also lacks his wave marks, as he only tends to get them while playing in the game. Other things he likes to do besides playing video games and sports is reading, his favorite genre being science fiction. During the summer, he helps out his mother in the small bakery she runs, and earns a small wage to go with his allowance. But besides that, he thinks nothing else is better than playing The World with his friends !!
