Thank you for saying that! I'm not quite sure myself.. I think anime stuff is super popular as well as more fleshed out things. Alot of my stuff is either too dark, abstract or conceptualized for some people. I appreciate the kind words, and thanks for the fav :) (Smile)

You're welcome, you deserve it! It's true dA is not the best place for different kind of art Shrug Shrug Shrug Shrug Shrug Shrug Shrug Something is not good in this world that anime stuff, often of the lowest value, is that popular but - what can you do? But! the one thing that helps are groups, at least it helped me, otherwise nobody would care about my gallery. I guess there must be a similar problem =P (Razz) Cheers!

Yeah I mean anime is okay by me... But to look at is not something that wows me or anything... Outsider art is definitely an acquired taste I guess. I've submitted to groups, but I haven't gotten any feedback. It doesn't bother me that much I guess anymore, because its not like I crave the recognition or anything. People have said they like looking at my work, and I like looking at my own work. So it's cool. Thanks again :) (Smile)

oh really?? Yeah she does some pretty incredible stuff! I fucked up though I accidently addressed her as mister.... lulz. I didn't look at her page when she wrote and just assumed it was a male... I probably pissed her off... I apologized but never heard back. Oh well what the hell... But I digress I'll try to post in a group or something even though Im not sure how I'll give it a try.

dude i wonder yu are on deviant since 8 years and still dont post them on any groups :S .. join a group buddy and submit your arts there , join all surreal , macabre horror groups .. you can join the groups i have joined .. more people will see your arts :D (Big Grin) and dont worry about blackbird she is a very cool lady
