You get what you paid for, and Wacom is only best brand out there in my opinion. 


If you're just starting out casually I recommend their Intuos pen and touch. The smallest one cost less than 100 bucks. 

It would take some time getting used to staring at the screen and not your hands while drawing, I wouldn't say its hard to use, but it would take some time getting used to it.

I really appreciate the advice! I'm really excited to get a tablet but the whole 'get-use-to-not-looking' thing will be a bit of a pain. . .oh well.

But then there's me and my drawing skills. . .than again everybody has their own style, righ'? 

(There I go, making myself worried about every little thing, sorry about that.)
