it means older brother ^^ samma is a suffix that means more respect than san or donna though, and Viktor is one of my better brothers

I would say Megi-san because it is respectful and we are still only friends, close friends use -chan and -kun for their friends. -samma is for like a teacher or someone you really admire. ^^
