Bally and LA Fitness did come to mind. But my family had the idea of doing daily strolls through Grant Park. Which is fine by me.

I heard that jump roping for 1 hour burns 658 calories. I was like "Wow" lol

I haven't been eating right on steady basis and I should be.

Me and my mom just went to Dominicks and bought like over $130 worth of healthy food. Like Artichoke, Broccoli, whole wheat bread and some fruits.
