Like shading,back lightning and stuff...

there's not much i can say through brief words, i suppose just try seeing how art/artists you like do it and attempt to practice by imitating them.
looking at real life refs work too for shading... like for example shading a white shirt, just google ''white shirt'' and try shading how they look.
don't be afraid of references, you can't figure out how the body works on your own (same goes for the shading part), so i personally use a 3D model to help with my poses/anatomy/proportions. that's why references are important.
look up tutorials if you're new, there are some nice ones out there. watch and study art livestreams, speedpaints.
make use of the different layers like multiply, overlays, glow dodge/luminosity (which i personally like for lighting) etc..
