My mother's been doing it since I was born, and I started working full time when I graduated high school, haha.

Ohhh. Well in your opinion is going to a school for this kinda thing necessary? I was looking into it at my local CC and their program basically boiled down to me paying 900 bucks a term to work in their kitchen.

I don't really know, I'm not qualified to say much. I can say... Check out the course really carefully. Is it all the basics and nothing else, or all advanced stuff and nothing else, or a mix? It depends on what you know.
