Sure is. Gosh that ID is old now. I still wear Hamsa pendants, but not that rockin' pink hoodie, sadly.

Aw, a pity! The hoodie is gorgeous too hehe. I've adored Hamsas for ages and want to steadily collect them but always had trouble finding them in my country. I finally acquired one when my brother brought one back for me after his trip to Israel. Unfortunately it is the lopsided kind and more of a looking traditional hand without the pinky parted with the thumb, but it still seems to be doing its job quite well nonetheless.

They've gotten kind of trendy lately so they seem to be easy to come by in the US (at least in areas with a larger Jewish/Muslim population---I live in a big city). I know there are places online where you can order them for sure. I'm kind of surprised the Israeli one isn't double-thumbed---glad it's working for you though!
Pretty sure I'm going to get one tattooed someday, I really like it as a symbol of (for me, Jewish) cultural heritage & folklore.

Thank you! And thanks for asking about permission---I'm not sure exactly what you're looking to use my work for. If it's going to be published somewhere, the answer unfortunately is no, unless we were going to work out some payment. Are you writing a paper or doing a presentation for a class? If so (and it's only going to be used for the class), you can probably just cite my user name and the link (or you can cite "Sarah Rose" if you want).

Hi you probably get stuff like this all the time but I just thought I'd say it anyway
I'm just about to leave school and go to art school. I'm just starting to really discover what it is I love about art and what really excites me and you are pretty much it. 
I wish I could see more art like yours around. A lot of the time I feel pretty pessimistic about art, but today you and your work made me smile.
