With a subscription you can do more like edit your journal layout. You won't be able to use the code from that site until you buy a subscription. It's pretty cheap. For a month it's about 4 bucks, for 3 months it's about 8, and for a year it's $30.
Here are the benefits to getting a subscription:

It will list things like 120 Thumbnails, journal, stat, and stuff like that. It's up to you if it's worth it or not.
