you may like a spanish group (argentine actually, but whatev) called dos minutos (two minutes) and they're rockish--wikipedia says they're like the ramones. idk what that means, but i think they're cool. <3 oh, and do u know vampire weekend? they's cool people.

awwww, sure! i'll totally bring a CD (wow, goes to show how brain-fried i am--i almost spelled CD phonetically in spanish, i.e. sidi or in english seedee, lol.) <3 that band so so much now--and am trying to obsess other people with them now. 8D actually, i almost forgot that we had monday off--i didn't know until halfway through friday...XD my reaction was heresy to student-kind: but i don't wanna day off!!! then i realized that if I didn't want one, i must really need one. we've been at school for seven weeks straight without a vacation. @_@ thx rachel, <3 <3 <3

I'm goin' on a road trip! (for a few weeks-we're gunna look at colleges and show my grandpa washington d.c. and new york) then i'll be back, after lookin' at a few colleges. XD then later on, i'm going to a mock gov't conference. it's the busiest summer i've ever had. i'm kinda scared. O_O

I know, I love old photos too;. There's something about them, some kind of mystery and charm that's impossible to capture in the present...

I think its because we are looking the past through a photograph. I believe that pictures were a lot more rare back then too. today pictures are everywhere so its become such a common thing that we dont appreciate them as much as people back then did.
