K hon cc time, first off there are two types of images...well three, ones you do to figure something out "like yous sword drawings" one you start with no clear goal, then develop into something clear, and ones you plan. Does that make sence, ifs good to do alot of all of them. What you need to to, is to go out and by yourself some nice antomy books first, and I don't mean how to draw manga, if there are nude men, wemon and muscle drawings in them thats the ones you want!
try to study real human antomy that really helps and do alot of people drawing to improve those skills. Next go out and find a veritey "ie not all anime not all comics not all ren and stmpie" art to ispire you, save it to your computer make prints, books what ever. then draw try new things, am push the color in you work, try mixing comes like green and purple, and fool around. stuff like that thats how I have been learning

there spelt acquarell there water colour pencils

You have to go to paint and minimise your picture and these numbers at the bottom of the program for example 123x248 and you have to use those numbers as a guide to make your picture 50x50 and it has to be exact
