Though I'm in my late 20s going into my early 30's I try to do the best I can with the hand life has dealt me. My mother has recently moved back and tried to resume the mental and emotional abuse she's been doing for over 20 years.
I suffer from Bipolar Disorder with psychotic features and it is a constantly hard battle as it is all happening alongside with my PTSD. I'm on many medications to deal with physical illness' which also stems from my PTSD. Though I am married, I am mostly dealing with all of it alone because I don't feel as if my husband can be as sympathetic as I need him to be in my time of need, though he does try.
I appreciate anyone that took the time to read this and it means more to me than you could know, though I'm sure you're asking why did I freely give that information out. Well I'm hoping to be closer to transparent because if at least one person talks about it, maybe awareness will spread and grow. I have no issues discussing my illnesses, so if you wanna know, just ask.
I want to give a personal shout out to my friend GlowtheFae for her continued support and for being the inspiration that got me the help I've apparently needed for the last 20 years but never got.

I agree, people don't tell each other how much their art is appreciated or when they think something's good, even if it's not professional grade. I'm better at backgrounds still right now, but I still try sometimes and I've seen slight improvement. ^///^ It really does give me a little confidence boost when I get messages like these. You don't see enough of people being nice and encouraging around here lately (and I've noticed a rise in art theft as well) so thank you very much for this. It means more than you know ^^

It is my pleasure! Yes you are definetly right we should encourage people more than we are doing right now. i am trying my best to always tell people when I like their art and not only look at it and then do something else. Most of the time I do not get any response. But I am always glad when I could make the people smile, so I am really glad you took the time to write such a response, I really apreciate it!
