My Question:
Hello, I have a question, are bundles of flowers/flower crowns/flower necklaces acceptable accessories ?Β I would have an explanation of how they stick together .Β
I was asking because I wanted to put flowers on my cats with cobwebs to join it together like an ornate thing but the person said that flower crowns etc. were not allowed .
They were unsure if you had to pay extra per flower , or if you could use as many flowers as you want . Β
