Have been for about two years now I think, sometimes regularly and sometimes very occasionally but either way it's always made a big difference, and been very enjoyable! there's so many different techniques with different connections out there great experimenting too. How about you?

That's amazing! I'd like to hear more about it. I haven't really myself, but since things have been so stressful recently I've been considering trying it out. By all means, if you wouldn't mind sharing, I would appreciate it

I would definitely recommend giving it a try, even if it's only some very basic techniques. Just sitting down with the intention of doing nothing that you'd usually call productive is a good thing I found, have a break from the restless lives that most of us are living.
I remember this being quite a good talk on meditation, and I think there was even a very basic meditation session in there that could be a good place to start. Jon Kabat Zin's a pretty inspirational guy too.
