Great work, have been researching Beskar'gam for a while now... Have came across you stuff a bit on youtube and Manalorian Mercs.... Going to start my first set when I get stateside... any advice would be appreciated. How long did it take you on your first set?

Three years before I started construction. Learning, planning, back in 2004-2005. Then I sat down and built my first set in about a week's time in 2008.

I was going to do the pepakura for a base then modify the helmet a bit, still not sure about any of the details. Kinda a big guy (6'3" 220lbs) so thinking maybe medium to heavy armor... Using wool fabric for the vest and such.. Any advice will help. I am sure that it will not turn out like I want the first time... I would like to get it as high quality as I can though...
