Whats a transgender?? does it mean you get a sex change sergically? or does it mean that you were a male at first , but then came out as a female?

It means that while genetically i'm male, psychologically i'm female. I feel as though i was born in the wrong body, and so i am doing everything i can to change that.
Transgender is more of a broad term to be used to cover many different things. it is just easier for me to use than to get technical.
