Which is why I'm going to teach you one of the more important [if not completely whacked out and infuriating] lessons I've figured out in roleplaying: When another canon character upstages a canon character, as long as the character who did the upstaging is relatively in character [unless under some other influence], it's usually okay. But if a fancharacter upstages a canon character, it's usually seen as godmoding. But it all depends on whether the roleplay is serious or silly. The point is that roleplayers CAN compete with him if they play canon characters. but even if you don't, there are other ways you can compete; for example, threaten to write bad fanfics involving him and NiGHTS unless he complies!)
