Franz Ferdinand is awesome! and just to let you know, they're a band, but it's cool, cuz i thought it was just a one man show at first when i heard them on the radio. I think everyone thinks that. it's the band name. check out the last song on the album, "40 ft." It's my favourite! but nnyway, you have an awesome gallery too!

...brushes...are like, predefined images, shapes, whatever that you use in photoshop...
I'm kind of an idiot with ps terms, so I don't know how to tell you anyother way...
but, if it helps, in my dev., the brushes were the castle behind me, some tree branches, and the white scratches that are scattered around...

for the blood, I did it different this time...using karo syrup (the clear kind) red food coloring, a little instant coffee, and a bit of flour...in a puddle, it looks alright, but the syrup tends to like, seperate kinda, and on skin, it looks waaaay too red...not much good for anything except pooling so far...

One thing i left out the last time i sent something (sorry if it seems like a lot of stuff im saying- i think its important to reply fully)

Im glad some of the words from "conversations of the head" stuck with you. Thats what any good poetry should accomplish. But you really should read descriptions and text. sometimes it can bring the depth and background to the piece that makes the piece what it is.

Wow. You've got some very thoughtful comments.

First off, to answer your question, I only shoot with film. I dont like the concept of digital. Id rather have artistic control in a darkroom and control over the developing process. I try not to rely on photoshop levels, but at times, i feel its necessary to draw attention (if words are involved) or to fix something thats slightly off.

Second, thank you for the kind words. I work hard at photography, and dont always feel i get as much back as i put into it. Thats why words from people like you are so encouraging. Thanks a lot.

The wide angle converter I used just screws onto the end of my 28mm lens turning it into a 18mm. I got both from a camera fair a little while back (The converter cost me £20, and the 28mm £12!), and its well worth checking them out. I use an old SLR, so I don't know what the prices are like for more modern lenses.

hey thankyou so much for the comments , and to get my desktop like that, I use a program called windows blinds which was 19.99. and you can get it from here [link] , and I use cursor xp to change my cursors which you can get at the same sight!
