Shops busyyyyyyyyyy - just took some video of the shop and artists hard at work Book is going slowly lol I guess that happens toward the end before the mad rush to get final touches on it. Have you gotten any writing time in yet?

Sounds like a kind of calm before the storm. Make sure you send me a copy when its done - I want to see how it all fits together! I have adopted your advice to do a bit on the project each week. Now I am bankrupt. Haha no not really. But I must get a full time job at some point because my freelance work has been a bit lacking the past couple of months regardless of what else I get up to. But yeah, whenever I sit down to write the actual story, I just work on the code that underlies the game system instead. The systems been reasonably 'finished' for a while...I just keep pimping it out with more and more features. For example, now you can read the story, and make your choices, which updates the database and takes you to a new page, but Ive set it up with AJAX so the audio will keep playing while you are progressing through the chapter/section/scene. The only part of it thats 'complete' in and of itself are some of the audio tracks. I have two finished ones. Theyre on soundcloud. Give them a listen if you can...I want to know if you like the "Amara" track or not! [link] I also plan to have a few illustrations for the story at certain points...very atmospheric but yet not too revealing. You know, so a lot of detail is still left up to the readers imagination. LOL sorry for the long reply. But you did ask!

oooooooooooooooooooo i like Amara very cool sounding! I know what you mean about sitting down to do something on your book project and getting distracted and working on some small part for HOURS lolol. I REALLY like the Bisto theme one as well a lot. You'll have to share this project with me when your all finished or at least tell me where to buy it! Its tough to follow your dreams when sometimes stuff happens so slow or not at all. I keep working at it, hoping maybe one day I'll make it. Until then there's always the tattoo shop lol!

When its done Ill send you a username and password for free. Well, IF its ever done. In my notes its always referred to as the 'I.F.' for Interactive Fiction, but Ive come to realise its more like IF as in IF I ever get it finished. (;

The tattoo shop sounds pretty awesome. I worked as a tattooist at festivals for a couple of summers and those were some of the best days of my life. But that was henna, not ink. If I am the Obi Wan Kenobi of tattoos you are like the Qui Gon Jinn.

haha - id love to check out your work when and I.F. it's finished - see what i did there? lololol

The shop is cool but a lot of the artists are deviant if you know what i mean and not like deviants on here lolol
I love tattoos and really respect some of the talented people like robert hernandez and some of the Bueno vista Social club stuff coming out.
