It just comes from training yourself and discipline.

also how did you promote Shadows of Oblivion how did yo do that and how do i price my work i have a hard time charging people for my work don't know why...!

I just promote the comic on every social media there is. tumblr, twitter, da, Facebook.
You have to be shameless in your self promotion.
And to price your artwork, you just have to find the amount of money it would take for you to draw a pretty bad idea.
You'll get a lot of commissions that are awesome and exciting ideas, but you'll also get a bunch that are terrible ideas. And if you're sitting there drawing this terrible idea thinking "this isn't worth the $XX.XX they paid me." Then you're charging too little. Β You should instead say "this idea is so dumb, but I dont mind because now I can pay one of my bills." Β Then you are charging enough.
I know that's vague, but it's how i figure out my prices.

If it takes a long time for you to draw a page, wait tip the issue is done. That way you'll have non stop pages to post while you work on the next issue.
