So In My Derek Story. Derek Leaves and Weiss is broken down after What Derek said.
Ruby comfirts Her. While Yang conferred Derek. Derek Is really sad and Just crying. He Talks about His friends. He finds about Ruby mom. This moments show Why Yang is a great person.
The next day things get worse for Derek. His Ribs are hurts and Yangs finds out. Derek starts Throwing Blood and screaming. Yang Decide to Take Derek to the hospital.

Well it comes back to his back story. When he was beaten up by the 3 thiefs(The some ones the killed his four friends). He was Shot in Ribs by one of them. Like I said he survived But because the Bullet And the shot. Derek had Rib issues Now.

Right now Derek is in the hospital. Yang decide to call Winter to tell her about Derek. She also Tells Ruby,Blake and Weiss. When Derek is woken Up. The doctors say that Derek is going to have Rib Surgery But this surgery Could kill Him

Rib removal is for when a fractured rib damages a vital organ, cancer in the specific bone, or for thoracic outlet syndrome. Only the first of these could be what happened to Derek.  Rib removal is not a particularly dangerous surgery from what I understand, and in the case where bone could damage a vital organ, I don't know that there would be much choice for him. Maybe you should do some research on the subject.  It would also be important to keep in mind that people in Remnant do not get injured in the same way we do. You still haven't explained why Derek's aura is not enough to heal him and why he can't be healed by the experts at Beacon once he was injured. It seems like something Glynda could do in a jiffy.

Thats true. The reason I did was to give Derek more backstory and Show. Also Derek doesn't have a aura because he not magic user or Fighter. 
Derek is really crush by this and sad as well. Derek starts to breakdown feeling like He's never going to live his Life to the fullest. Or He can't See Chin,Winter or Weiss ever again. Yang Does cheer him up. This puts more guilt into Weiss since what Derek said to her. Weiss does realize That what she did to Derek was terrible. She feels Like If talks to Derek or other things she going to make things worse for him.

This is a great start! You may have to edit some details as the story progresses (I think all humans are capable of generating an aura in the RWBY-verse, but I'm not entirely sure), so keep that in mind. In the meantime, keep working on it.
