First off, it's a beautiful shot of a beautiful woman. The pose accentuates not only her body, but also the shirt, which is what I'm guessing is the purpose of the title, Deco. It's a great piece.

I was wondering since you did such an amazing job for the Stray Project for sean-izaakse if you wouldn't mind taking the time to give me some pointers and point me in the right direction on going about it?

"You should have 90% of the work done. Sean and I didn't, but that's just a thing that everyone says. Mostly so your backers aren't waiting. Thing is, I think most people understand that you're using KS to fund the production of the book.
Then, you should make sure that you aim high, but keep expectations low. We asked for $8k, but we knew it takes 10K to make a book (a really GOOD book). Thing is, you can ask for exactly the amount you need and you might not fund.
If you have a full time job, you need to find someone on your team that will make this their full time job. That was me. I work from home and I hustled my ass off. I called in every favor from every artist and writer I could find to share. I did interviews. I worked my ass off. Not to say that Sean didn't...he had the hard part; he had to give art.
After all that, if I had to do it all over? I'd do it with Indie Go Go. Because you get to keep all the money whether you reach your goal or not. And devote 3 months to preparing and one month to the campaign. Don't do more than 30 days."
Furthering that, you have to also consider that this is your first (as far as I know) project ever. I've been doing this for 10+ years. I have somewhat of an audience (or rather, people know my name by now). The safest move, for ostensibly a rookie, is to do Indie Go Go. Because you don't want your first foray to be a failure. You might not score a touchdown, but you should take the 3 points.
