HEY, sorry, my computer crashed! So I have only been able to get on at school and at friend's places. Not much time at all. Hopefully it will get fixed soon so don't forget about me!

Sorry!
I went on a trip to Door County for about a Week. I don't post deviations very often, though. But I did find a nifty little art shop in the downtown shops; I bought myself a new sketch pad, some stumps, and a case of woodless graphite. Then I went to Cave Point County Park and sat on the cliff and sketched the view. It turned out alright but the party I was with wanted to leave, so I am still trying to remember the details. But there is no doubt in my mind that it will be a work of art some day.
I've never posted any of my artwork... maybe this time I will.

Thanks for the comment on old roses! I love that pic so it means a lot.

That portrait you have of Luna is so nice...what an ardorable dog. I really liked that one of the lifting roots too...made me wanna sit there.

Thats awesome. I've always wanted to visit there, but it's not that easy. I am both German and Norwegian =o
I live in the US and its quite... American. Haha; if that makes sense.
I crave a change of scenery desperately.

everyone has its own reason for being here, just figure out what you want to gain here i, for example, am here so people can give me advice on my stuff and i can improve, i learn from looking at other peoples' art a lot too and i comment on other peoples' art to support them or to give advice to them. There are also a lot of people here just because they want to be famous (pageview whores) and some are here because they want to earn money with prints or commission work (professional artists mostly). i think most people are actually here to show their art and enjoy the community! So what is your aim?
Any pointers huh, well just have fun, upload some stuff and get to know more people =) (Smile)

yea i am pretty much here to get opinions and learn. i have not been working with photography for very long and i am looking to see if i am fooling myself.
i was wondering if there is a way i advertise this site on other websites like myspace.
because i know a lot of people dont know of this website and i would love it if they did.
so is there a way? or do i have to do it manually?

As far as i know it's only possible to advertise on Deviant Art itself, it'll cost you some money though.
You'd have to do it manually.
