Basicamente editas las imagenes en photoshop o cualquier otro editor de imagenes, procura guardarlas con el mismo nombre (solo por establecer un estandar) luego editas con el "notepad" el archivo "toolbar.ini" y listo, veras hay mucho prueba y error (como en todo), te recomiendo que uses imagenes con un solo color o degradaciones para que aprendas, y que veas que hace cada valor en el *.ini, ademas baja todo tema de styler y revisa sus imagens al igual que los *.ini para que tengas ideas nuevas.

Unos consejos:
* Las imagenes que tienen varios estados como las flechas o la barra de direcciones, NO TIENEN UN TAMAÑO ESPECIFICO,el styler las divide automaticamente.

* Si trabajas con backgrounds (bkgImageMergins=0,0) el 1er valor limita en px la imagen estatica a partir de izq a der, es decir de un total de 30 = 25,0 dice que los 25 primeros px son fijos y los otros 5px se repiten, lo mismo pasa con el 2do valor solo que alreves.
