hello! my name is alyssa molina but i personally go by lyss!

im a smol 18 year old from long island who loves art; i currently live in new york city as im a freshman at the fashion institute of technology.
my major is illustration but i hope to go into animation. right now my minor is undecided! feel free to ask me about my college portfolio!

fun facts about me: i pick peoples flowers, i come to complete stops at stop signs, i ask passerbys if i can pet their dog and i think orange juice is absolutely rancid.

a lot of the time im doodling in my sketchbook or painting, listening or playing music. i play the ukulele as well as a little bit of piano and guitar; my favorite music genres are rock, punk, reggae, ska and indie. i like to come up with stories and compose songs from the poetry i write. anime i watch and the manga i read like sailor moon, inuyasha, cowboy bebop, flcl, cardcaptor sakura, evangelion and fullmetal alchemist have heavily influenced the things i draw and write about. as well as the video games ive played like pokemon, legend of zelda and mother to name a few.
