Those figurines are licensed by not made by Nintendo.
They have made the Mario series tons of money and there's over ten game sin the series including multiple arcade machines.

I love how once you are presented the bottom line you make up reasons for why it shouldn't matter. I love it!

Wow, a link to nothing. I'm impressed. But if your trying for my hot dog Naruto, then no, it's not traced, and I said in the comments that the original artwork did not belong to me, and how it was a wallpaper. As for my own style, check out the oil painting on canvas. Or what are you going to accuse me of tracing through canvas, with oil paints? Yet again, you win at failing. You such at drawing, get over it.
