Hello Christina,
Thank you for favoriting my robotic "Alice in Wonderland" rabbit. It was an interesting idea that the model I am currently painting suggested when I told her I was thinking of painting a tattoo on her in a new painting that I should be uploading tonight (boy was that a compound sentence or what).
Haven't heard from you in a while so thought I would stop in and see how you are doing.

That's awesome. I look forward to seeing the new piece. Your skill with color is just fantastic and the overall design and composition of the tattoo piece were great.
I've been pretty well. Trying to keep myself busy with a few different writing projects. The "new" ones are old ideas I had jotted down and are only just coming together and other things like that. But I'm still writing Bridgehead pretty consistently.
Your art is looking good; hopefully you've been doing well also.

Everything is going well. I've been working more on book illustrations and book covers recently. I would like all my art to move towards creating book covers and illustrations for fantasy and sci-fi books.
I will need to go in and read your Bridgehead content that you have posted.
I'm giving myself one more day to post this final image. I was working on it last night and I decided to work a little more on the character's gloves and outfit.

It's good to hear from you. I've been doing alright. I had to take a break from a lot of things...well, just about everything, to be honest...for some health reasons but, I'm back on my feet again in a way and I'm trying to get back at it.

Well, I am glad you are doing better.
I am doing ok. Took a jump back into the art world. More painting and digital work. It's been a lot of fun. Mainly been painting portraits and so forth.
Working on a few fantastical images right now. I hope they turn out well.
What are you up to in the world of art? I saw you got your comic out. Did that go well for you?

I'm doing better, but the condition I have has its ups and downs. It's motivated me to really think about what I want out of my life though, and that's a good thing to start thinking about when you're 23. Working towards my future is a very nice distraction from the condition. lol
Very exciting that you're getting back into comic work. I'd love to see your character pieces and give them some comments.
I can't believe that it was a couple of years ago that we first got in touch here on DA. Time flies so quickly sometimes.

I'm hanging in there. My health is giving me a hard time and I've cracked a few times but, I'm trying to stay strong.
How have you been holding up? I saw your journal about rough times. =/

Oh, do stay strong. Health issues can really wear you down and exhaust you - physically and mentally. Mentally can be the hardest bit of all. I hope you're doing okay in that regard
I have been better, but life goes on. I'm just trying to relax and let myself float along. If I struggle too hard at the moment it just brings me down, so, relaxing and floating it is. I think it's just a rough patch for all creative types - I know we're not the only two hanging on by our fingernails.

I've broken a couple of times here and there, but I re-collect and get back on wobbly feet.
I'm definitely with you on the floating. It's the best most of us can do right now, right? And it's always a help when there are good people around you (in one way or another) that will listen and be there for you.
I'm glad to see you're still writing and drawing though. Getting on here once in a while and seeing your stuff really cheers me up.
