First off, I want to say how much I LOVE your costumes.. I was just wondering if you could tell me about how you made your costume of appa?? pretty please? I want to make a costume like that for my halloween costume? If you could tell me a little on how you made it, i'd be ECSTATIC....

XD I made a tutorial once.... Gahh... I don't know where it is.
I can list you what I used (I assume you want to know about the Chibi Appa):
-brown and off-white faux fur
-wire (find it in the fencing department of home depot or something) Something strong enough to hold a shape.
-Brown (or you can buy white and spray paint it brown) mesh
-Brown grayish leather. (for the stomache and under tail parts
-The rest is Dacron.
the head has the same idea as the hooped skirt that used as a base for renaissance-style dresses. Except it's round shaped. So it's more like the chinese lantern.

The mesh is used for the arrow for me to see through
For my feet, I used fur leggings. like the gogo dancers use. (and brown shoes)
For the body, also made up of horizontal wire hoops so it can deflate. but the shape I use this time is more tube.
The tail is connected to the last hoop wire of the body, so it stays straight out. I just add dacron on top of that to give shape.
I use dacron to keep everything together and use it to add shape to appa.
WHEW. That's the best I cant give you XD

I basically just improvised... XD
The secret?
Grab a chibi appa pic and a pic of yourself and size it up- compare the width and length.
I only focused on how the costume looked from the FRONT rather than all around - but it all worked out.
