They're all right, though not as much as the animal characters. I used to watch the action series a lot during Cartoon Network's early years, however.

OCs are permitted. The only restriction at this point concerns characters created by someone else for use in Hanna-Barbera cartoons, such as Archie Comics’ “Josie and the Pussycats.”

Hooray! He should be a fun character to do, really. You can have up to six characters, although it’s fine to test the waters with just one.
