I go by 'Jojo', I live in Seattle. I am self taught including animation but art is my hobby and my Life! . I've been seriously drawing since before I could remember. I'm a Big fan of Games, anime, American Cartoons, Comics/Manga
this account is my fan art account, I keep my personal and original Art on a separate account.
I'm mostly known here for my on going 4 panel spoof comics of the videogame series Kingdom hearts (owned and developed by Square Enix, Disney, and Tetsuya Nomura). If you have never played these games than you will most likely not understand them
I keep all content here for all or most ages!
I also create a few craft Items like key chains and pencil pouches featuring my own textile designs.

Claiming that KH3 is coming out 2017 when there was NO CONFIRMATION FROM NOMURA and instead of using KH3 images, they used KH 2.8 images and claiming it's KH3...

That's not the only game that has no release confirmation but IGN went ahead and claim they are also coming out 2017. Sometimes I wonder how these guys do their research. Do they even check their information? Probably not when the are so bad at it.

If it was for click bait, it was a bad idea. This definitely hurts their credibility, which is why if anyone wants to look up game news, especially KH ones, I would tell them, NOT IGN. They fuck up KH news too often to be a good news source now.

I wanted to ask you, if you could help me out with something.
It's about a GIF I wanted to make from an Animation I did.
It's like 20 seconds long and I really can't make a proper GIF out of it. ; ^ ;
I tried to save it in After Effects, but no matter what, it always gets corny, then
I wanted to save it as a PNG sequence so I can to do it in Photoshop, but the file is too large for my shitty computer.. So I used Instagiffer, which is great, and tried to make an AVI file of the Animation into a GIF but.. some of the colors just get messed up in the process.
And now I wonder, if you might now what I can do, since you're always creating so amazing Gifs. ; A ;

getting gifs to look right is the most frustrating thing to do, they almost always need to be optimized.
hmm... what type of file do you have it as? a video? PNGs? and where do you want the final product? on deviantart?

if it's a video, maybe try: ezgif.com/video-to-gif
GIFs don't have as much colors available as images, so converting will always sacrifice quality, and give a 'speckled' look. if it's long, than the file may be vary large,
try those, and well's see from there.

And yes, it's super frustrating!
I tried it before with a PNG Sequence, but there were like 700 images and my computer can't handle that :T
So I made an AVI out of it, which is around 1,02 GB big and tried to convert that into a Gif with Instagiffer, which worked after over an hour,
but the result isn't that smooth.. some gradients look a bit butchered and here and there are some ugly flaws, but it's okay I guess.

I also have another version, but it's 116 MB big and DA won't let me upload that = A =
I tried the website, but my AVI is too big for that, too @ ^ @
I think I just need to keep my animations in future shorter.

but I hear ya. Gifs seem to be anti-gradient and all HUGE file sizes. I've found that Flash files are good way to display videos or long gifs without destroying quality (kinda)
I don't work with flash, but i'll convert my video into a flash file fav.me/d60yp4o b/c it's the only video format DA will allow.

For now I saved the Animation as a QuickTimeVideo and then put it for 2 hours through
Instagiffer again and the quality of the Gif is now a bit better. No idea why, tho.
I hope it's okay to ask you one other thing, which is bothering me whenever I want to save a GIF
with a transparence background.. is there a way to avoid this ugly white/black border around the actual animation?
I hope you know what I mean, it looks like another outline, which didn't quite make it to be transparent.

I think I know exactly what your talking about.
so Gifs don't have any semi transparency, just: COLOR 100%, or Nothing at all 0% (which is why gradients are screwed)
so that border might be a layer that has been slightly erased or a layer with X% opacity that it's picking up to be 100%
