Greetings, My sincerest apologies if i come off as alien or rude to ya but i have a request for ya

Please draw Angelina Mouseling and her teacher Miss Mimi with their barefeet shrunk too small/tiny to fit in their respectful shoes [only their feet are shrunk, the rest of them are normal]

pose: one tiny shrunk bare foot in front of both of them (sole side) [reaction: laughter when tiny barefoot wiggles toes] and the other wiggling about in their now roomy shoes , both must be sitting in near reclining position

to be clear: one tiny shrunk bare foot in front of both of them [as in on each one of their shrunken feet (bare foot) in front of their faces] (sole side) [reaction: laughter when tiny barefoot wiggles toes] and the other wiggling about in their now roomy shoes [while their other tiny foot is in one of their now roomy shoes wiggling their toes about]
[by tiny either small as a school eraser or small as a chap stick tube]

You must improvise their bare feet as they are no show in their cartoon

[if it will satisfy ya, you can do a comic of sorts as an origin piece for the pic - showing that Mimi and Angelina overdosed on magical foot rub cream when they applied it to their bare feet after they removed them from their shoes, show their feet shrinking to the disproportionally tiny state in full detail - after that we see Angelina placing one of her tiny feet on the palm of her hand shocked to notice it's now no smaller than a bite size candy bar]
