friends from his buddy list and sent it along. The next day,

play station! His grandmother sent him a new computer, and his best

gave him tickets to the concert he wanted to go to, Kid Rock and

Bizkit! Then he inherited a brand-new tv from his aunt! He was
goin' wild!
the next day his secret crush asked him out, and they have been
going out
ever since.

One of those guys who likes to draw in class, eh?
I think your style has some real potential, but here are a few things I suggest to try and do.
Try and keep blank paper in your note book, as in, not lined paper. It does have convenient guide lines, but if you do a piece that you really like and want to do more with it can really suck to try and get it transferred to a blank sheet (speaking from experience 
If you have trouble with loose sheets of paper in your binder or whatever, try hole punching. Then it sits in there just like your normal paper.
As much as it sucks, look up some stuff on proportion and things like that, explore other styles, and try different things with your art, who knows? You may find something you really like doing!
Don't forget to look at both the things you don't like AND the things you do like! If there are areas for improvement, for all means go and try and improve, but don't dwell on them, and if there is something you like, expand and explore that area.
Finally, draw, draw, draw, and draw some more! You only get better the more you do, so never stop!
