just go there and follow the directions. remember that if you are making one for your deviant ID it has to be only 15kb or less--and that is really small, so only a few pictures, like five or 6 i think. and the pictures have to be 50 pixels by 50 pixels--which is tiny. so you just make your pictures, or find them on google, or whatever, it is good to put them together in a folder on the desktop. then you upload one to that site and push the upload button, which they put in a stupid place if you ask me. I thought it was for something else. from there it becomes pretty self explanitory. they have directions for what number to enter to get the pictures to move fast or slow. when it is done it will appear at the top. right-click it and pull down to save image as, then save it as a gif on the desktop or wherever and you have it.
