sheesh =/ yea, i cant imagine they smile upon posting and reposting stories but meh, i hope it works out for ya...

as i said though, there is always here you could post the old stories and if you have any new ones just puts em there AND here =3

other than talking with people and going to cons im kinda to the point i wanna do other things like... i still watch im just not buying like i used to, im not talking about it as much, i want to meet people hence cons) thats really what i feel its boiled down to by now (for me) people and traveling. because once youve tasted the con scene its...addicting to say the least.

but anyway sorry for rambling =3 you know me though -.-

I don't mind the rambling. Especially as I'm still in the hugely-geeky phase of loving MLP enough to irritate the hell out of anyone within a hundred-metre radius of me. (I'm going out later with my Funko Fluttershy toy to take pictures for www.equestriadaily.com/2014/06… .

Yeah, I put it back on FF.net, just in case the worst did occur, but it isn't the same. It moves too quickly, and without groups, there's virtually no chance of anyone seeing your story.

Speaking of cons, I've found one in the Netherlands! It's in a town called Hoofddorp (which is practically next door to me!), though it's not until February.

and yea its true but if there is a will there is a way, i look here offten for new pony fics as WELL so *shrug* i try, if ya want something bad enough it'll happen

I'm about ready to give up on the whole fanfiction-writing thing. Every new story I write seems to bottom-out at 6-8 likes and around a hundred views. It's a little bit irritating.

meh, when it comes to writing its not so much about views and likes, its about doing it because you want to and having fun with it TBH if you want views, post it to a group (like mine was posted to the flutterdash group)

i enjoy your writing and if someone where making money at it THEN i could see something like low reader count being an issue but thats just my view on writings of fan fiction =/

if YOU dont enjoy it then yea dont push yourself cause if you try and force something it wont be the best you've got

to be honest though, when it comes to a LOT of fanfiction ive seen, people would be lucky to have that 100 *shrug* no need to let it get you down =3

I know it's wrong to be all self-pityingly whiny about it, but I do put a lot of time and effort in, then I see stories that were clearly thrown together at the last minute flooded with attention. I do submit to groups, but I don't think it's really working out. I dunno. I just worry that no one really cares.

nah, is alright i just thought id say (didnt mean it as negative as it might have come across just so ya know)

as for no one caring you know thats not true, c'mon =3  it's kinda funny but ive talked with a friend recently and i told her something that kinda... helped me in some things ive come to recently and what it was was this: if you want something badly, you CANT want it.

it sounds insane i know but if you dont even think about the thing you might have wanted before it might just happen *shrug* again it sounds crazy and i cant really explain WHY this is sometimes it just kinda happens =/

It's cool. I just take things too personally. Character flaw. That doesn't sound as insane as you'd think; trying too hard to get something is usually a good way to lose it, and the best approach is to let it come if it's going to.
