Well i used photoshop too, but it said the image was too big so I had to reduce it down in size. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Too large as in MB/KB? You can bring down the size of your file but still keep the quality if you save for web and optimize it. I dunno, it has to be 50x50, which sucks but.. I'll help you in class if anything :) (Smile)
