I'm sorry, but please bare in mind it can be the other way around. Which it is. The site you linked is obviously the person who should be put on the spot.

I know someone who drew what they wanted for the design and went to this guy within the DC area (while he was staying there). They worked together for his tattoo and this man made incredible adjustments that worked beautifully for the sleeve. He is an amazing tattoo artist.

It's easy to jump the gun but your assumption was wrong. I'm not trying to put you on blast but I felt it's only fair for this guy, who truly has talent, to not be wronged.

I'm pretty sure I sent him an email with a link to this page when I found it, but I can't remember since it was so long ago! I also don't think that he speaks any English, soooo... :\ I did report this profile to the deviantART staff, however. According to the dA help staff, it had been reported before, but I guess they didn't do anything about it.

Things have been so well you cannot believe, I've been away for so long because firstly i have now relocated to Japan, and have opened up my own shop which is an experience in it's self, its taken me this long to settle down and get things going, but for now i still have to keep my time off the internet and painting on my walking canvases.
