I would like to add my two cents worth of comments to your work. I love the use of color, gives it almost a vintage feel to it (or at least that is the only way I could describe it). For whatever reason, Ursula LeGuin came to mind look at your gallery. I have a great appreciate for anyone who can create such smooth work with oils. I attempted that medium once and I found it difficult at best. Though I have found watercolors to be a better medium for my skill....anyways before I ramble on more, great, vibrant work! Look forward to seeing more.

I started drawing as a small boy. my mother and Grandfather kept giving me a push. Ive studied art most of my life ,and copied old masters when I was around 16.I still use them as referances. I went to two art colleges in the uk. one in the midlands and one in Cornwall. My work was always graphical and more so later on. I didnt find college that good as I was streets ahead of the course content,so it held me back somewhat. I get inspiration from lots of things. also art from bygone ages, back to the cave men. and projected ideas of the Future ,hence the sci fi element in my work. I guess Life inspires me.I wish I was a better more versatile artist. I do enjoy sculpture but havent the time really to devote every second to it. People Im learning are important not just art. Im trying to design a web site for the future but as the future is always an uncertain thing I dont know how it will all work out. I hope this answers some of your moms questions. Regards K

anger is ok in small doses. I was an angry young man once myself but life with its sorrows and changes and all that just makes u realize that we are here to love one another. its an awful world we live in still. Theres so much u can do to help change it. Regards K
