I've looked over all of your work and your stuffs not bad, but you still have some ways to go to make your design stronger.
Explore fonts. I've noticed you use the same fiew fonts for everything, you need to look into new fonts find some nice serif fonts and pair them with san-serifs that compliment them. But dont use more then 3 different fonts on one work. You really like allcaps i see, while they can be used for emphasis useing them too much can weaken a piece
and remember gradients are not your friend unless they are used properly they come across as amature and dont help anything
you have potential you just need to push yourself more keep up the good work

I'm ok, thank you. Holidays were so nice. Now I'm back to work. I got involved in so many things here hehe. Can't stop anymore. But it's so much fun.
Have been playing with flash and I'm giving a break with photoshop. I'll tell more later.
