Oh la la excitemente! I am ok.. my final exams start tomroow and im stressing big time.. i cant eat much, i can just sleep and its like constant tension. Hey there!
Yea i was there, dooling along, but then proceeded to bail as i had to catch a train home because some people were coming to my place for a huge party we were going to last night. But it was weird, i left early because i needed to go to the toilet super bad when we got to hyde park so nora and i bailed to center point tower for toilet search and well, didnt come back because looked at some stuff and then i had to leave! meaning i didnt even get to say good bye to everyone and just slyly creeped off! whoopsies!
Soo yes, im not sure who you are haha sorry, but cool to have "met" you.. sorta
I like your gallery by the way and i have a friend who will love it more because he is obsessed with stars and finding planets and M4 nebulas (pretty sure i made that up) and all that jazz haha but he is constantly sending me pictures from the galaxy and sooo im sure he'd appreciate your work haha, i shall link him up

Hiya!

Yeah, I noticed you guys took off when we were at Hyde Park. Did you end up finding a toilet in Centrepoint? We just ended up walking down to Botanical Gardens after that, and then to the Opera House; some people left then, and the remaining few went to dinner/drinks, I think. I went home at that stage as I had to go out that evening and then drive back to Canberra.

I was the guy with the black beanie and the goatee.

Cheers for the compliment re: gallery! Please do send your friend to my gallery. My aim is to present the glory of the heavens to the public -- my aim is slowly being realised as I got published recently and a guy from the ABC wants to use my images in a TV program. lol @ M4 nebula. You know what, though? There is something called M4! It's the Cat's Eye cluster of stars next to Antares (which you can make out on the main image on my page to the left of the bright yellow/orange star on the left of the image).

wohaaahh your from canberra? i remeber you.. but yes we found a toilet.. and then a necklace i have been wanting from swarovski for approximately 2 years that i found in frankfurt and then lost and then it happened to be at the sydney shop!!! im so keen for it lol.. its hella formal though so i dont know where i will wear it.. but i will... ok you dont wanna know about my necklace hunts :S sorry haha

Well, I was born and bred in Newtown, so, I'm a New South Welshman through-and-through. I moved here 15 months ago as I gained employment with the Commonwealth Government.

I bet you were relieved to find a toilet. milkytreat and someone else went to a toilet somewhere in Hyde Park, where you have to pay 50 cents to use it, hah!

Swarovski make beautiful stuff, so, I can completely understand your fascination. I dare say it isn't cheap!

As for M4, hah! It's quite apparent in a telescope, but, difficult to see with the naked eye, as it is typically Antares that your eyes focus on. Antares is bright enough to wash out the gorgeous cluster that is M4.

My name is Humayun, but, my friends and colleagues refer to me as Hummy, Hum, or just 'H' -- whatever -- I've heard every possible permutation and combination of the name that I don't really care, anymore.

Where did your parents get the name humayun from? i like it. i know what you mean about people not being able to write/say/pronounce/read names. my last names eynon. about 0.5% of people figure how to prounounce that right first go haha

No need to apologise for your late replies. I was in year 12... once. Gosh, that was ten years ago, hah. I must also apologise for the late reply. I had made myself extremely sick after producing my magnum opus (my latest image on my page), a part of the sky that I've been chasing for two years, and I finally nailed it. Galavanting around in the middle of the bush for too many nights in -5 to -7 degrees Celsius weather had finally beaten my immune system into submission. So, so, sick. I reckon I wasn't far from pneuomonia. Anyway, I was bed-ridden for a week and didn't go to work for four days. I suffer for my art.

I drive from Canberra every weekend, almost. I'm so used to it. I wait until around 8 PM or so before I leave here, when all the traffic's gone. I put on some music and just go on autopilot until I turn up to my friend's place or my parent's. I miss Newtown. I want to go back there and check out the place where I grew up and where I went to preschool and kindergarten. I wonder if it still exists.
