"When I paint, I feel purpose, I feel alive."This vitality is what she wishes her art to transmit to the observer. Having studied across the globe, and mastered a panoply of traditional as well as modern techniques, she is one of Montreal's most promising emerging artists.
Her paintbrush writes in universal language, allowing her to express her view of the world. A world full of love, sprinkled with pieces of heaven found in the quietest moments of a day.
She started her art journey formally at the School of Fine Arts in Yaroslavl, Russia, where she completed a rigorous fine arts program. With a solid knowledge of skills and techniques, she went on to the study at the Museum of Tel-Aviv, Israel. Here, she was able to experiment with different shapes, forms; while starting to develop her own style of painting. After three years in Israel, she moved to Montreal, where she currently resides.
Inspired by the diversity, beauty, and the livelihood of the city; Ekaterina paints, loves, and continues to develop her craft everyday.

what are you studying? And I didn't do much except hang out here and chat with friends online. Not much you can do here on the weekend here cause everything shuts down for the sabbath and doesn't re open until Sunday morning. But next week I'm gonna be looking for a new place to move too.

What all do you do with that? Because I never heard of it. I think Ashdod is a really pretty city, and I like the area I live in because I'm maybe a 10 minute walk from the sea

most of them do, but they'll still speak Russian instead of Hebrew. And it's all over Ashdod. You go to the Super Sal, the cashiers all talk Russian. I go to the Kupat holim, and the Nurse and receptionist is talking Russian. I get on a Sherut and the driver is talking Russian. It's everywhere here. In Ashdod I'd say it's 85% Russian speaking and maybe 15% Hebrew speaking. They know Hebrew true, but they talk Russian more so here.

Yes you are right but if you will start speaking with them in Hebrew so they will answer to you in Hebrew too
